accidentally killing millicent locks you out of an ending

From Software! please fix the issue with accidentally killing Millicent after fighting her sister, i killed them wanted to go to millicent to complete the quest, and i dropped of the ledge landed on her and killed her??!?!? wtf guys... please fix this so i can get Miquella's Needle... it's absolutely bullshite that i can't get the ending i want now that she is gone!

You deserve it for killing an innocent person. If it was really accidental you could have just task manager killed the game and you would have been fine. I did that myself, I accidentally one shot Goldmask. Then I CTRL+ALT+DEL my way to a 10 seconds prior restore point.

i ALT+F4 instead... guess it wasn't enough - and i didn't kill her on purpose ffs, i couldn't care less about the talisman i got from her, i am playing a spellblade build anyway...

The fact is though if you wanted the needle you already proved that you were reading the work of others because NEEDING the needle is a byproduct of a puzzle that very very few people knew how to get past and considering what it takes to even end up in that state - i'd say blaming FromSoft is a bit much.

i know that, but the item you get from helping her through the quest does have the ability to change the ending you want

As long as you didn't open the red doors and find who was behind them, Millicent's quest isn't really needed.

If you did, you gotta stick with that ending. Sorry bud

Yes, falling on her does in fact kill her. I tested it my last playthrough. No attacking at all.

Yeah i went and got the 3 finger marks, I know what it did, but the fact they made her have 1 HP is kinda infuriating. no other npc has that amount of HP, just saying.

Not all NPC are dying though... I think it's a fine detail they gave her 1 HP at that precise moment.
