Millicent won't show up at Erdtree-gazing hill

First of all, I'd already finished the first stage of her quest: cured her and exhausted her dialog in the shack.
Before I acknowledge this problem, I was about to fight the ground dragon boss to progress toward Altus Plateau, I saw the summon signs and summoned Millicent and the Brute. But, I realize I forgot to prepare something and want to rest at Sites of Grace, so I used finger cutter to send them away. That's when I realize I can't re-summon them again, and now I can't find Millicent at Erdtree-gazing hill.
Also, does Millicent will affect the frenzy flame ending?

You have to go BACK to the shack AGAIN and exhaust the old mage guy's dialogue too.

Already done that, I even bought all his spells even I'm a faith build.
Still can't find her, though.

Are you sure you're at the right spot? She's a bit north east of the grace. Directly across from where the path coming up from the west opens and right near the cliff.
