where are all the crazy laughing npcs?

i thought this was a fromsoft thing we all came to love but out of the 20 or so npcs ive seen they all seem way to sane lol

There are these guys with Cthulhu faces that chuckle and mumble to themselves constantly.

They used up all the insane laughing npc's at Dominula, Windmill village in Altus Plateau lol. Nothing like a bunch of cackling half dead cannibal women dancing around.

They're all crazy. The psychopathic disease carrier, the death's embrace chick, the sorcery trainer lady, even the very first girl you meet, they're all absolutely certifiable insane. You will learn this if you actually do their stories. Every one of them is messed up in the head. They might be The Joker but they are definitely lunatics.

And in one of the endings we start a space program with Ranni to parry the stars and you get married with a sex doll, it's very creepy, I guess.

I think there are at least two NPCs that laugh.

A bandit fellow.

And a giant pot that wants you to smack its bum-bum.

But if you're looking for an NPC that sounds like they're constipated or trying not to shart as they speak to you, I don't think there is one such NPC in the game... I think?
