Where is Ranni the Witch?

Hello everyone,

So I actually do know where Ranni the witch is initially.

1st you find her at Church of Elleh, after receiving the horse.

2nd you find her at Ranni's Rise where she is sitting on the top of the tower.


I accepted to become her consort or whatever, I went to Sofia's river and talked with Blaidd where he tell's me to talk to Seluvis or do whatever I see best.

I went to Seluvis and he gave me a potion to kill a woman which I can't remember her name, and a letter to give to Sellen.

The woman I'm supposed to poison is a good woman, she has helped me out, so I didn't wish to kill her because Seluvis "Said so", and Sellen... well I messed up her quest and now I can't even talk to her.

So with that said, I went back to Seluvis and attacked him, to me he is a bad guy with attitude problems, I don't like him so I saw the best solutions, anyone whom annoys me or does not value a life is going to die by me. So I attacked him, and he vanished.

I went to Sofia's River again and Blaidd started to attack him, had to put him down, can't allow someone raising a sword at me.

Wen't back to Ranni's Rise and Ranni the witch is no longer there, I want to kill her but I can't find her.

Anyone know?

You can never see her again until NG+ now. That's kind of funny tbh.
Yeah you never should have pursued the potion quest yet anyway. Just do the tasks from Ranni and Blaidd. Blaidd is very important and heavily linked with that quest line. Putting him down as you said made ranni disappear forever. Also the sorcerer was part of the quest chain too, thats why blaidd became aggressive. It's all linked.

You need to kill Radahn and then go into the giant hole in the ground to get a quest item. Or the quest is broken.

I think you screwed yourself with Rannis quest. Selvus is a bad guy, but I think killing him early means you cant finish Rannis quest, you dont need to help him at all though. What the game wants you to do is talk to the sorceress Blaid mentions, and she will tell you that Radahn is holding back metiors. So you need to kill Radahn. Even that is optional, you dont even need to start Rannis quest before killing Radahn.

Honestly this quest is really complex, no one should feel bad that they broke it, you basically need a guide to finish it.

Edit: You can not kill Ranni no matter what, she has the deves favorite NPC status I swear. Most NPCs end up dying no matter what you do, Ranni can never die, and doesnt even have a sad out come. Slightly salty about it just because allot of NPCs are killed off off screen for no dang reason but she is completely untouchable.

Well probably because he's heavily related to the plot.

when she leaves roundhold table relocates at Village of the Albinaurics
you can find her there and you have to kill the boss in the village
then pass time and she returns to roundhold table

she starts to get really depressed there and then if u talk to her father again

you get the option to give him the potion..
