Not sure about Iron flesh though.
If it does exist, it must be very late in the game -- I stopped caring about combing the map thoroughly after defeating Morgott, so I might have missed it without knowing it. Although that late into the playthrough, "extreme defense" looks less like being a nigh-indestructible tank and more like being able to survive three hits by the skin of your teeth where you might have otherwise been two-tapped.
But super poise to spam your Attacks provided you have the Stamina.
It's a dangerous Gambit.
