Does Elden Ring of something like a havel shield or iron flesh for extreme defensive capabilities for price of speed??

There is a shield with very high stability in secret area deep within Leyndell sewers.
Not sure about Iron flesh though.

To my knowledge, no such ability or spell with an Iron Flesh-like effect -- extreme sustained defense at the tradeoff of mobility -- exists. Damage negation effects in Elden Ring are usually at the expense of wearing off after tanking one hit.

If it does exist, it must be very late in the game -- I stopped caring about combing the map thoroughly after defeating Morgott, so I might have missed it without knowing it. Although that late into the playthrough, "extreme defense" looks less like being a nigh-indestructible tank and more like being able to survive three hits by the skin of your teeth where you might have otherwise been two-tapped.

Yea..there's a perfume you can get...it gives you iron flesh for like 2-3 mins...but you can only walk lol

Walk, Fat Roll, Slow/Sluggish.
But super poise to spam your Attacks provided you have the Stamina.
It's a dangerous Gambit.
