Dragon heart suggestions
Currently dragon hearts are only useful to players that have faith and intelligence. As a player that is strength focused they're useless to me. I find it quite upsetting because dragons aren't at all a push over and they are quite hard to fight.
A few items could be added to the dragon shop like a dragon steel type item that gives a permanent upgrade to your sword (A win for a loss as enemies can be resistant to dragon damage).
Extra ashes of war, such as a dragon scream that lowers all enemies stats + makes them more prone to fire damage.
Small passives like 10% defence boost for 7 hearts or something similar, like dragon claws talisman for bonus damage.

Please drop suggestions or tell me why my suggestion is good/bad :)

So far I just have the rot dragon breath. Its been useful for those hard enemies and bosses. Beyond that, i'm, not sure.

About half the dragon incantations require 15 or less Faith and Arcane. Nearly any build can spare that in late game, if you wanna make use of them. Not every mechanic is for every build though, so if you can't then maybe you just don't worry about dragons as much on that playthrough. There are tons of bosses that hand out melee weapons, that dedicated caster builds won't ever get to touch... just how RPG's work, unless you have generic procedurally generated loot with 'smart loot' systems that make it all meaningless apart from numbers going up.

Then treat them like an investment for a NG+. Collect them all and in NG+ start pumping points to make them useable for your build.

I see everyone is just saying "Get 15 faith lol". My build is BLUNT DAMAGE. Zero spells allowed, that's how I've decided to play.

Rather than change an existing element to match other builds, why not add a new element to accommodate those builds? Like a new type of shrine or npc that offers unique ashes of war or items that benefit the more physical builds. Could be added in DLC or something. I quite like the dragon hearts only for magic, but that's just personal preference.

Honestly if you're not looking to hit a pvp break point 30 faith gets you access to one of the best defensive buffs in the game and having some faith in general gives you access to so much utility to help in your play through it can be really worth it.

Which buff? I'm pretty early in the game, just got my first rune so I do not have much in terms of merchants/teachers that sell any interesting spells or weapon arts. Hell I have some spell scrolls but I'm yet to see anyone that can use them, dude that teaches some magic I've seen is teaching only the most basic spells. At least priest in the hub has more incantations to offer but still...
