(of a person) deal effectively with something difficult.
Hell no.
Elden Ring without voluntarily crippling yourself by not using certain Ashes or Weapons is quite challenging.
But with the use of said Ashes or Weapons?
Ah, no.
It's by far the easiest game they've released in...forever pretty much, the Player can become so overtuned and excessively potent you can steamroll the entire game with little to no effort, in previous titles even using the entirety of the options at your disposal, Manus, Kalameet, Gael, Friede or Artorias would very gladly hand you your own ass in pieces if you refused to learn their patterns.
Indeed and that has absolutely nothing to do with what I said as I'm not "dealing" with anything difficult here. The term has been popularized by the "copium" meme which now makes you kids think that presenting any differing opinions from your own is a form of coping.
So rather than changing bosses, they should first take a look at how different kinds of builds work, to make various kinds of builds more viable.
Unless you also compare the damage we do, the comparisson is meaningless. They have done great injustices to many bosses. Not even talking about so mamy mini-bosses that die in 3-4 hit. Take poor Morgott, would have been a cool fight, but he melted away. The Lord of Blood on the other hand felt like a boss with proper health. I haven't played a souls game where I beat most bosses in 1-2 tries without learning their moveset. I stand by my opinion that ER is their easiest game thus far, again, while ignoring spirit ashes which are broken.
I basically used the confessor and have upped his starting weapon to +7, The morningstar to around +4 and those are basically my two weapons, If I need more range I use a two handed sword in one hand, Just to poke the enemy to death in hopes of it working in my favor.
So far it has worked, Plus those godrick soldiers summon is really powerful at the level I got it. Sadly my fate magic feels kinda weak at the moment but that's likely do to how poorly I've put points into fate.
from hardest to easiest.
Dark souls 3
Dark souls 1
Elden ring
Dark souls 2
( wont name the other fromstoftware games cuz i havent played those)
Elden ring is much easier for me at least
i had the same build in all the souls games , i just hate magic and staffs n stuff so i just go Dex then go str no points in vigor n other stuff mostly glass cannoning stuff.
In elden ring it was similar to dark souls 2, ended up with me demolishing all bosses that I see people complaining about and it got to hte point where i capped my level at 85 and refuse to go more cuz i feel like it got too damn easy i guess the bloodhound is really op.
Also I might even respec and reduce my dex just a lil.
Ds3 was very challenging for me each boss would rek me and I never felt like I Can just demolish a boss that I just encountered.
