NPC invaders bugged out?

Are NPC invaders currently bugged? this is the second time I cant seem to get invaded by an npc even though they should be invading, First I had problems with Vyke now I cant get henricus to invade either. Anyone know anything about this?

I can't get Vyke or the Sanguine Noble to invade. I have no idea why they aren't working for some people.

That doesn't explain Sanguine Noble at all. Not to mention killing an area boss in this game doesn't stop you from being able to find large signs anymore.

Also, I was just able to do an NPC invasion in Altus Plateau despite having cleared all the bosses in that region.

What do you mean large sign? Like player invading an NPC’s world?

No, I mean large white soapstone vs small white soapstone. in previous souls games the same mechanic that locked out invasions after a boss fight also locked out large soapstone signs from being seen. However, you could still co-op an area with small soapstone signs which had a time limit.
