Died right after killing Rennala

Seems like this is a common issue among people. I killed Rennala and then died to magic within a second or two after. It went to a loading screen, and as soon as it finished went to another loading screen. I got the achievement on steam for killing her, and now I can talk to her about Rebirth and Cosmetics.

I didn't receive the Remembrance of the Full Moon Queen or the Great Rune of the Unborn. The 40,000 runes is a bit annoying to not be able to get but more concerned with those 2 items.

I have an open ticket with Bandai Namco, not sure how long their response time is but wondering if any one has had any luck with getting this resolved.
