Is there a way to duplicate one's save file?
Title. If there is a way, how can I do it?

Yes, I suggest you make a folder (if not using an application that does it automatically for you) for your saves.

Then in another file explorer window locate the save which is probably going to be something like Local Disk (Letter) > Users > Computer Name (whatever it is when you log into PC) > AppData > Roaming > EldenRing.

Then create a shortcut of that EldenRing folder. In it will be your save (the folder with large string of numbers) and your settings menu save (you can back that up if you want, too, or the specific save it doesn't matter tbh). Copy and paste into your save folder.

I'd create some naming scheme like 01, 02, 03, or whatever so you have fallback files if somehow one of them or a few of them are bad, like due to cheaters corrupting it as a cheating file resulting in shadow ban.

Go to save file location in %Roaming, then copy the two save files, and drag to another folder.

just access %appdata% from run program (Windows key + pressing "R"), find elden ring folder, copy the whole folder and paste it somewhere else. If same drive or partition just rename it e.g. "elden ring_save1".
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
