Isnt arcane also bugged right now? It doesnt even scale with stats, seems like a waste until its fixed.

Because it's an easy blood break. The special skill it comes with applies bleed so fast that it's the go-to weapon for Malenia.

River of Blood is bugged right now, it does not scale with stats and is horrible in the late game.
