Yes. This looks like there is a driver conflict of some kind. Start removing USB peripherals and see what happens

so i've unplugged my mouse, keyboard, xbox 360 controller, now how do I use my computer to start elden ring? or do I just live with the game existing on my SSD and never start it because someone told me to unplug everything? What great gameplay.

I got similar issued when using my x52 HOTAS when playing Elite Dangerous. It turned out that the wired controller I was using had an out of date driver that was conflicting with the ancient Saitek drivers for the X52

When it has seen every game I have ever played in the last 5 years? and this is suddenly my problem. Not the problem of the faulty elden ring software. That fromsoftware supported the very same device. in the last 3 souls games. with multiple playthroughs. And suddenly its bad?
