What kind of buff can cause carry weight to go up?

While I was playing I found the fatty armour in the royal capital, when I put it on I was able to wear all of it except for the helm without fat rolling at first. then after a bit I was unable to do it without fat rolling, and my carry weight went down like 10 lbs. I didn't change anything as far as equipment.. so I am assuming I had some kind of buff I was unaware of that carried over from something, and then wore off. I don't know, I am pretty confused.

You get equip load talismans. You can find them. The biggest one is at the giant jar where you have to do a bit of pvp to get I think.

2 talismans I have found so far:
*Arsenal Charm -> Raises maximum equipment load
*Great-Jar's Arsenal -> Vastly raises maximum equipment load

Godric grater rune grants + to endurance(and everything else) until death.
Flask of physics can decrease gear weight.

There's Arsenal Charms, and then Great Jars Arsenal as well, plus the Erdtree Favour talisman...there's also a Physick tear that temporarily raises your equip load (or lightens your burden, same thing) as well. That's about all I can think of.

Also Godrick's Great Rune boosts every stat by +5 or something like that, which would have granted you extra equip load from the boosted END stat...could be possible you had the effect. There's also some shenanigans about your group, if you use one, other players in your password group 1-5 grant every other online member a bonus when they kill a boss, shardbearer and become the Elden Lord, and I don't know what the bonus is, but it could be some bonus END or something, I dunno.
