At least in Ds2, they don't spam their attacks and recover as fast as this game.
I kinda dislike bring back the DkS2 tracking but I played that game to death so it doesn't bother me as much as it does others. It still bothers me slightly ngl. You get used to it.
Gargoyles was a bit hard at first but with the right team not bad. Rahdan was stupid that I cheesed it. FIre giant was just brutal I eventually cheesed that. Godkin duo wtf?
I don't want to cheese bosses, I want the challenge, I found Gargoyles challenging even though some consider them the worst. But the others are plain unfair.
You can check my profile, this is not the first nor the last. But I can't recall anything that is unfair in other souls game (include other non Fromsoft games) like this game. I enjoy DS3 a lot.
godskin duo makes malenia, gargoyles, elden beast, everything after it looks easy... never died soo many times on a boss in this game
I have played a few thousand hours of souls games over the years on console and PC and I never got as frustrated at them as I did today. I almost deleted my lvl 90 mage to build something else.
I feel like you either have to respec for some bosses or extremely overlevel.
Sometimes, it feels like they chose the easier route of adding another enemy to an encounter or giving a boss excessive amounts of AOE rather than the laborious fine-tuning we've seen before. Again, it's not a gamebreaking matter. There have just been some fights in the game where I felt like that wasn't their best work. I'd beat the guy and instead of feeling that rush of satisfaction/relief, I'd instead be annoyed or even bored. I doubt that's their intention.
