Connection issues lead to "Inappropriate activity"

I have a decent, relatively fast internet connection (30mbps), more than good enough for online gaming. For whatever reason, I have connection issues with Elden Ring. When I join someone online, I will often be disconnected, and if someone joins me, the same happens to them. After a few disconnects, the game "detects inappropriate activity" and boots me to the main screen.

The only other app I usually have going is Discord for team coordination. Is there something I could do other than upgrading my internet connection to prevent these frequent disconnects?

Yea i got slapped with a 10 hour for a server connection errors getting my friend through the academy, didnt phase me but the friend that refuses to "git gud" complaining for the ten hours sure was annoying.
