Bloodflame Blade's bleed?

Let's say I only want it for the bleeding and I'm only getting 12 faith so I can use it; will that affect it's bleed proc?, and what would be the best seal to use?

The bleed only scales with arcane, so you need a seal that scales with arcane to up the bleed. There are 2 seals that scale with arcane, the blood oath seal and the draconic seal. The blood oath seal also raises damage of bloodflame incantations.

I've heard from a lot of people that arcane scaling is not currently working

Its the scaling for weapons with more than one damage type. It works for spells.

For example, if you have a weapon that does Normal and Fire it won't scale off of Arcane.
