The G Key

I would love to be able to review this game, unfortunately as I can't reassign the G key to move right it's impossible for me to play. 45 years of muscle memory won't allow me to use any other combination. It's hard to believe this wasn't flagged up by pc play testers, assuming it was tested at all. G for Map Wot?

Not ideal because sure, rebinding should be in game by default, but well there are plenty of issues with this port and keybinding down the list.

As mentioned, learn to use AutoHotKey, look it up. You can rebind anything with it, even make in-game multi-key inputs into custom single key stroke. it runs outside the game so no flag or ban.

When I see reviews/reports improve I will get the game, but then I will also play with KBM.

I am a vivid KB+M player as well and feel your pain.
I also dont get how those KB+M controls passed quality control and how someone could even come up with this iteration. Must have been someone who has never used a PC for gaming before.

That being said: Autohotkey is indeed the way to go for now. Just be careful as i do not know, if it could trigger Easy Anti Cheat.

I myself switched to PS5 because of the other technical issues the PC version has and have to admit, that the controller setup is very good. If you have one, you could give it a try.
good keyboard and mouse controls would be better, but i dont think those will improve in the foreseeable future.

Back in my day, we used the arrow keys with our right hand, space was jump, ctrl was attack and alt was alternate ability.

No it won't, at least from my past experience in the series. As mentioned it runs outside the game, only hooking into the game input, no change in game files.

It’s meant to be played with a controller keyboard warriors. For whatever reason they don’t just come out and tell you that, but it’s the truth. The keyboard controls are just there for anyone hard headed enough that wants to use them. Every time I read one of these posts I just shake my head. Stop being anti comtroll for no other reason then unwillingness to accept any form of change. I guess these people were the ones that kept trying to put the square in the round hole when they were children.

lol. I’ve been console and pc gaming 45 years. Used them all. It’s not an unwillingness to accept change because it isn’t new to me using a controller. I just prefer some games with kbm.

I did see today that guy beat godrick (I think)m it was) with a controller made of bananas. That one I may pass on.
