Legendary Armaments - Devourer's Sceptre
I just beat the final boss and this is the only weapon I need for the achievement!

Is there anyway to summon someone who could drop it for me? I will trade it back immediately!

well you can just go kill Knight Bernarhd, he drops this mace along with a good set of armor.
