Report a translation problem
The ones that won't ever pvp will be happy and can play their game, and the ones that would PvP eventually will probably not want to cut their character out for life so won't opt out and won't select easy mode.
ALSO, cut runes earned in half or something. Needs to be incentive for doing it the right way.
Way to kill off PvP.
If you're a new player, or just not a strong one, you're *never* going to have fun being invaded by a big fish. And a big fish is never going to have fun fighting you.
The only big concern would be handling twinkers that would go pick on the easy mode folks. But one idea to handle that might be bringing in "Blue Sentinels" from normal mode selectively, based on the win rate of the attacker. I dunno, that might not be perfect, but for a spitball, I think it at least shows that the problems are surmountable.
