Questions About Enchantments

Say I have a weapon like the Hookclaw and I apply an Electrify Armament Enchantment to it, does it cancel the weapons natural bleed buildup special? Another question I have is if I apply the Bloodflame Blade Enchantment to the Hookclaw does it stack with the weapon's natural special or just supersede it?

I may be wholly mistaken, but the elemental enchantments should not affect or suppress the cause bleeding build up passive on the Hookclaw for example.

it lower the bleed, you can see how much it will change in the menu

It lowers it by ~ 1/3, same goes for adding for example a bleed enchant on a bleed weapon, it adds ~ 1/3 of the weapons innate value.
