Fog barrier at sofria river well

for a reason i ignore i can't get to the sofra river well due to a strange fog barrier a little glitchy.

Is there a specific reason ?

Usually fog barrier has some status around to put stone key inside and unlock the path

Do you have a screenshot? I never recalled a fog barrier there. Are you playing coop? I know some areas are blocked off during coop.

i think my game has a problem because i went to the castle behind the minor erdtree and i fell through the map, two times (i restarted the game)

i don't play in coop and it's a grey wall like the stoneword keys walls
