Why no DLSS?
it could help a lot of people with 2000 series or 3000 series cards

Its the Same Engine like Demon Souls on PS3.
But upgraded.
NVIDIA has no API for access that From Soft can use.
Nvidia focus on newer Engines.

I might be mistaken but isn't DLSS and RT coming in a future patch?
Judgement_De1 Mar 7, 2022 @ 4:51am
Its was promised in a future patch but considering the bugs at launch we might have to wait a while.
because who really cares about trash tier dlss? what we NEED is good old SSAA and MSAA, the go-to best of the best. not all this blurry AA garbage like dlss.

Tell me you haven't even googled any of those abbreviations without telling me you haven't even googled any of them. 😛

No, Ray Tracing yes. But no DLSS.
Ray Tracing is no Nvidia feature, its A feature.
From will do his own Ray Tracing.
Nothing to do with Nvidia.
Thats the reason From Soft will take longer for this.

MSAA is not possible with deferred rendering without a much higher performance penalty, and all GPUs can do pseudo-SSAA with DSR/VSR.

Normally its not supports, but maybe Nvidia works extra because of the impact of Elden Ring

nonsense. you can force MSAA on games that use defered rendering and it looks fantastic.

dlss is garbage just like the last blurry gimmic AA method nvidia tried, and the one before that.

dude you have no clue what you're talking about, yes NVIDIA has packages premade for popular engines, but at its core it's just a C++ library, and any game can implement it if the game devs want to port it over.
