why can't i invade anyone?

invading in any area just wont let me, it constantly searches, i've beat the game but no invasions

I'm pretty sure you can only invade people near your level, which would make it hard to find people. They also need to be able to be invaded, which makes it even harder to find people.

You either might be overleveled or your weapon upgrades are too low. Or both.

Probably time to move on to NG+ I think most people beat the game and move on well before 151. You're most likely outside the bracket to get invasions in most places.

dont understand how i can be overleveled when i've done everything in the game normally, i haven't even grinded for runes i just play and this is the level i ended with lmfao

Yeah, you've ended the game. When other people end the game you'd be able to invade them, if there was any way for them to be invaded which there won't be because they've beaten the game.

If you're not getting invasions then its possible you are OL.

I think most people don't do everything on their first playthrough (simply speculation). I did it blind and knowingly, even, skipped some content because I wanted to leave some for my second playthrough. I finished that game at 115, a solid 35 level difference from where you're at, and would definitely be outside of your invasion range.
