Is Radahn the worst Souls boss ever created? Excluding the lazy group bosses obviously

And before y'all go "hurr durr what about bed of chaos" that one was already quick easily done. Raudahn feels like a last-minute quickjob.
His mechanic straight out feels not well thought out and broken. It almost feels like a mod.
His Hitboxes are absolute MASSIVE and way too wide considering how awful it is to doge with the horse. And going on foot is basically suicide.

Summoning your partners is also extremly annoying since you constantly have to press the run button anyway. Why not make the summons automatic when in area? They instantly die anyway.

He also has way too long combos which makes no sense considering a single hit already dismounts you anyway and takes half your HP away. What does a boss that two-hits you need a 10-hit combo anyway? Have you seen that poor horse? Its just so awfully anime in a bad way. And his AOE that's instant... the knights in the Godrick castle already had that issue and Godrick himself too where they had this instant AOE that took quite a lot HP away. Please tell me this wont be a common theme..

The whole "Raid" battle just feels awful and extremly awkward. Why did they think this was going to be a unique and fun way to play? I would've taken a puzzle boss over that. Or atleast a regular boss fight please. And considering the game has no real "puzzle" boss I highly doubt this was made to add some uniqueness to the bosses.

I liked everything about it besides having to fight him. Thats why I didnt. Torrent, summons,, and my mighty crossbow with bleed bolts did the trick.

Did I enjoy it ? Not really.. was it a thrill with my heart bumping to the max? Yes. Was it kinda awesome? Also yes.

Do I look forward to fight against him in ng+1-7.. uff no not really.

It's weird. The theme.. the sounds.. how he looks.. the story. Everything is awesome about him. Just fighting 1 vs 1... urgh.

I feel like I wouldnt have such a problem if the presentation wasnt so hyped up over him. You're going in expecting a crazy Gael-like fight on a battlefield. And then you get... this.

Radahn is a reference to Zodd the Immortal from Berserk.

In the manga, Zodd throws around the main character like a rag doll and would have killed him if not for plot armour ("oh, I'll let you live").

If Radahn is not the second strongest boss in the game, other than a babe with bird-like equipment, I'd be disappointed.

If you didn't know, the creator of the souls games is a huge fan of Berserk. Every souls game has a monster taken straight out of the Berserk manga.

His design is very VERY cool. Visually hes one of my favorite bosses not just in elden ring but all the souls games. However i do think hes broken and just unfun to fight. Go get a dragon heart and exchange it for rotten breath at the cathedral of dragon communion in caelid. Hit him with it twice in each phase and just stay away from him. He will be afflicted with scarlet rot and he will die within 5 minutes.

The problem is he is just very gimmicky. Having to spend like a minute plus every attempt to just run to the portal then run to him is awful execution. Boss designed wise and lore he is probably by far one of the coolest bosses they've done. He is also probably top 3 hardest bosses and not necessarily because he is badly designed. If they made it so running to him and having to go through a portal screen then he wouldn't be that bad. Also Basically all of his meteorite attacks will oneshot which is quite insane. Bad gimmick ruins a boss that could've been top 3 bosses ever made.

funilly enough Radahn is along with miquella my favorite encounter in game. and no, fighting on food is not suicide.
