Radagon/Elden Beast Resistances?

Can't seem to get either to bleed. Given as my entire build has been built off of this, I don't wanna stray away from the type of character I've been making for a single boss.

If it's viable, I don't really see how- I can reliably kill Radagon by abusing Bloody Slash, but still never get a bleed proc. Seppuku's usual buff doesn't change much and the blood spells do very marginal damage.

Any tips? If it means switching off of a bleed build then I think I'll simply be done with this character's progression and stick to pvp. I've beaten every other boss including Malenia & Mohg and never saw this much of a resistance against blood. It's not that the bosses actual mechanical difficulty is very high, it just turns into very long fights using an extremely awkward playstyle.

you don't need to switch off bleed, just put a different affinity on your weapons to get a bit more damage out of them and play exactly the same way

Literally my point. Unique weapons can't switch AoW.
