Recusant Henricus not invading?

Tried going to where he spawns at all times of day, with and without a furcalling remedy active. Tried attacking the gates and talking to the ghost but he just isn't showing up

I can't get him to spawn anymore. there was a patch on Mar 4th so maybe FS did something.

I've read up on this bug and the people having this issue don't have anything in common. So it doesn't seem to be tied to killing or not killing certain bosses/enemies.

I've read he doesn't spawn if you've killed godrick, or was it Margit? Easy enough to test out though, gonna make a new character tonight and see

So yeah, seems to be the case. I had zero issue having him invade me on the new guy
