yeah. it seems like those very small room that are just stairs down into the ground lets you summon the horse. remember to 2 hand your weapon before or while on the horse.

Honestly, I just blew Rot Breath on them and ran in circles till they died.

I wish I had a helpful tip for this one, but I don't. Pick up literally any ranged attack you can get your hands on and go to town until one of them dies. Trying to fight this with pure melee is more cancerous than Double Crucible unless you're overleveled.

How do you make rot breath work? I have 15 faith and 33 arc but it does so little damage, like 120. Do I need to aim better?

Oh, I forgot to mention. The lock-on fixes on their heads for some reason, which are very armored. So if you use ranged attacks while locked on, you're likely to hit them in the head and do no damage.

Unlock right before you throw anything and aim a little bit downwards so you hit their body instead. They go down much faster that way.

just focus on one, take it down as quickly as possible and you're good. you can do a lot of damage to them easily, unless you're low level ofc

I also have a vagabond, today I lost count of the times i tried this boss fight, but I had no idea that the horse could also be used!!! Good to know!!!
Which weapon do you recommend? I'm trying with Axe of Godrick, but I think also some weapons with bleeding could be great against these bosses.

You probably just need higher faith. I don't think arcane raises any kind of damage except bleed, somehow. I have a decent amount and used rot breath on the giga tree sentinel with the red lightning attacks. And I'd do it again.

Do you also inflict rot easily with it? I thought arcane at least helped with that

I didn't realize this boss existed because those hyper annoying siege-head enemies were guarding the ruins so I only half-explored it until I had a +10 weapon and was level 130+. So the strategy is to have an overleveled character that basically three-shots each of them.
