Missing second glintstone key (spoilers)

Has anyone ran into the problem where the item is not spawning anywhere on its chandelier in Raya Lucaria?
I tried reaching the place 4 times, i quited and rentered the game multiple times as well
i have the latest update but the freaking key is nowhere to be found on any of the two Chandeliers

Edit: Tried reinstalling
i get a feeling the save game is fking bugged
