CPU question Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz RAM

so i tried the system requirement lab and says i cant run this game even tho everything meets requirements except my cpu which is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz
RAM. anyone here know about computers well enough to let me know if this really does stump playablility

if you're running on a desktop with a GPU thats not too old, you should be ok. I'm running laptop with i7 9750H 2.6 GHz and its not perfect 60 but its def playable. But this game doesn't seem fully optimized. If you really wanted to go through the beginning less than 2 hours and see how it goes, refund if you need.

i have and old laptop that i used to play game at work with i7 7700hq + gtx 1060 6gb+ 16gb of Ram
it run the game around 30-40ish fps in the open world area, solid 60fps inside dungeon/cave on high setting 1080p, lowering the setting didn't make a difference but made the stutter worse for some reason
