Does Caelid consider as last location?
I am very struggling in this section of the map... every enemy almost one shot me and have a lot of HP (even rats) i'm level 84 and 30 vigor with decent Armor and long sword +15 that not dealing any damage...
Maybe I'm under leveled for this area? maybe I should try the top section of the map first?
what do you think?

My answer for every location that felt too hard so far has been the Bloodhound Fang +4 (as high as I could upgrade it at the moment). The difference in damage between it and everything else, plus the weapon art, makes it so other weapons feel weak by comparison.

You're definitely not underleveled for Cealid with level 84. I got through that region at level 32.

You aren't getting 1 shot by rats at 30 vigor, and you know it. I'm unsure what you're going for if you feel the need to lie. Cealid is a very punishing region however, and has a few locations that are truly end-game content (end game being around level 90). Many of the creatures are also horrendous and will deal significant damage - you're better off ignoring them when navigating the region.

Not trying to brag here but we did it at level 35 me and my friend
we died a lot lol and got rekt here and there, it is 2 players but they scale to be harder
It is indeed a hard area and bosses needed some teamwork
if you are 84 and using +15 weapons and till getting shafted then something is wrong let me tell u that cuz we were using +3 basic weapons xd, we paid the price
youre actually quite overleveled for the area, and clearly are just bad at the game.

end game is ~150. youll be at level 120-150 when you fight the elden beast, unless youve been losing tons and tons of runes because you refuse to level up.

The mobs there just hit very hard. It's pretty much the theme of the scarlet rot.. monsters goin berserk. Since most of the stuff there is optional I kinda like it. Every single boss kicked my butt there. The rite bird in the night or the bell bearing hunter are really something else.

caelid is probably much more like middle-ish of the game, you should be around 65 to 80 around here.

We have a very different definition of end-game then. If you reach the soft cap on 4 stats you're beyond that point in my eyes.

120+ also seems like excessive leveling, that's beyond the PvP cap even.

that area is pretty hard. Ignore people who leverage their self worth on being good at dark souls.

its like many others said before. its a bit difficult here and there in Caelid, but its a FS game, so you have to deal with situation, environment, your skills, weapon and all the other stuff which let u maybe thin, every enemy oneshots you. no, you only have to be a bit more careful.

according to your dmg, have you invested in the right stats? and by the way, some enemys are immun or not that open for your type of dmg.

good luck on your way skeleton! :steamhappy:

I didnt tell that rats one shoted me, I told that even rats hit hard and have alot of HP.
Just tested for you: simple rat died in 5 hit by long sword +15 and can kill me in 2.5 hits .

Caelid is a lvl 40-60 area If I'm not mistaken. I actually went there pretty early and explored and looted. By no means it is close to an end game area.
If you are struggling in caelid as a lvl 84, you must be doing something horribly wrong.

I cleared Caelid at level 15 *shrugs*
