second: hug his legs
third: beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of him
forth: summon all the phantoms inside the bossroom. you can summon 6 total.
fifth: dont die. also he is weak to bleed and scarlet rot and ofc. magic, because mages are the spoiled aristocrat karens of any souls game
dont summon people as above, use your horse and get all the summons up you can.
use them to "tank" and grab the bosses aggro while you go in for a cheeky hit or two, then run away.
you will easily get to second phase this way.
the primary problem with radahn is the damn phalanx meteorites. they will almost always one shot you and are nearly impossible to avoid.
also the summons are circling through the arena. they appear under the ghost like banners floating in the air.
they respawn, so you can summon each phantom infinitely
i found going in aggressively at the beginning to save my summons, then relying on them more later in the fight, was easier
they actually run out? oh. :'D okay i just summoned them twice so...good to know :D
Get in arena, summon the first 6 summons, run straight toward him until he changes his bow attacks, get on horse, kite him around with longbow while summons do damage. the nearer you are to him the more dmg your bow does: strat is as followed: turn horse to side (lets say right first) so arrows can hit, they cant hit if your look away (like 180° away) from him, then back up, then turn to other side (left). this allows the summons to stay near the boss
Summons never did run out for me tho
We will try our best
