ISSUE: Grand Lift of Dectus Bug

so i was going through the upper portion of the map trying to explore the northwest portion when i got to the grand lift of dectus. upon arrival i quickly realized i didnt have the left medalion half because i never formally went through that castle so i teleported to that castle and made quick work of it until going back to the lift. Now at this point, im at the lift with BOTH medallion halves and there was still nothing so after doing a quick google search, i realized theres supposed to be a command that says "raise medallion" but i just dont get that EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BOTH HALVES TO THE MEDALLION. ive tried restarting the game, dying, retracing my steps to see if i missed anything, but to no prevail. I would appreciate any and all help on this because I dont want to leave a chunk of the map that large unexplored.

I have the exact same problem: do have both halves but can't activate the elevator because there's no prompt. :(

I did discover the altenate path first and already had both halves upon reaching the Dectus Elevator.

I remember having no prompt first time I went there (ignored stormveil castle and explored everywhere else first is what I did).
If you follow the road south from the lift, you will run across a blue gateway. There's one of those old ladies who wanna see your fingers there, try talking to her?

I remember she mentioned something about taking the lift so perhaps that triggered the use of medallions (although I talked to EVERY NPC afterwards so who knows if there was a trigger needed at all or if I was just in the wrong spot to "use" the medallions in the lift the first time.)

did you try to use the halves in the right spot? The lift is quite big. The statues are in the middle, before and after them is a smaller circle. You have to hold the halves up in the circle before the statues.

There is 2 secret medallions maybe you have other one ?

Just checked it. Yeah - the right half is Haligtree... now that's awkward ._. Seems like I've not cleared Fort Faroth and just visited it. Thank you kind people!

There 2 Medallions, you prob get a different one for each of them.

Yeah I Know but I wanted to see both paths. :D An still going to go through the tunnel.
