Spirit Ashes cooldown
Has anyone been able to figure out if there actually is a timed cooldown for summoning a spirit more than once? Even if you dismiss the spirit, it seems it goes on cooldown.

Pretty sure you can't summon again unless you either rest at a Grace spot or fast travel to reset the map.

Alright I was thinking that too may be what was going on.

I COULD be wrong, but this seems to be when I'm able to summon again.

I believe you are correct. Seems you can summon multiple spirits but for a single spirit it can only be summoned once per life cycle. I guess because that spirit is there to help you at your time of need and that's it.
