Do quest lines cancel each other or can you do all of them without consequences

usually the way it all works if there IS a confliction is when a quest line will have you kill another npc that would be involved. example, varres questline cuts off the spirit tuner

so there are some conflicts, i dont know the whole depth of them but varre is the one i do know, but his questline is pvp specific so very easy to take him out and not hurt anything.

Some things do alter quest depending on what has happened in your world. There may be some optimal order but I just do whatever has my interest.

If they kept how qu'est lines work, maybe you can find a way to avoid killing an npc. Like in Ds2, as the proof for killing them could be obtained via purchase or by going further into their own quest line.

of this i dont know, so i cant confirm yes or no, all i do know is that varre will have you murder her.

i also cant confirm if doing so will make it so you cant spirit tune forever. but i would suppose it could be left as a marker to do it at. but again cant confirm or deny that, just a guess cause doing it wrong before could severely ♥♥♥♥ up in DS

unfortunately this isnt true with varre, his quest line is pvp specific, so murder is the menu.

hence why i made him a victim instead.

also ive put three npcs in coffins and ive been told i have no sins, so those three i will confirm were already the bad ones. kenneth, gostoc, and varre.
kenneth drops a golden seed too.

Currently in the game that has been discovered no that's wrong, only possibility is the barbarian girls quest which still hasn't been solved if it just ends where it seems to, everyone else's quests don't interact
