Do you guys know how to raise incantation casting speeds?

I believe that dexterity increases your casting speed.

I haven't tested Dexterity enough to say, but the game indicates Dexterity affects it to some degree.

only with dexterity and a talisman wich shortens casting time but in elden ring that talisman literally doesnt increase your casting speed like at all i see no difference not even tiny one but in dark souls if you equiped sage ring +2 wich basically gave you 40 dex of casting speed i instantly could notice the difference for some reason in edlen ring alot of talisman bonuses are astronomical small for example the talisman wich increase damage of your incantation spells literally give like 2-3% dmg boost to spells unlike in dark souls where it gave from 10 to 20% btw there is 70 dex casting speed cap its been confirmed and tested there is showcase on youtube if you wanna see it

I recommend getting Lightning Spear. It's a MUCH better spell than Flame Sling. Faster casting, better projectile, and more damage with only a little bit more FP cost.

As others said, raise dex. The description of it in game says it does that.

Incantations are meant to be slow because of what they're capable of. There is a talisman to reduce cast time, and dex is supposed to affect it. I don't think there's any testing so far on how much dex really affects it?

There is literally on youtube showcase between 20 dex and 70 the 70 dex is the hard cap for casting speed

the game claims dex raises casting speed, but ive noticed no difference in incantation speeds up to 50 dex. so i think its only for spells.

I literally don't care about YouTube. If it's not actually on a wiki I could care less.. it'd be like you going "There was literally a news story on this!" ..that means absolutely nothing to me whatsoever.
