What happens if you kill Sellen in Witchbane ruins.

I'd like to buy sorceries, but Sellen is currently stuck in the Witchbane Ruins. Her dialogue seems to suggest you can kill her and she'll come back. But I'd kinda like to know beforehand whether this is actually the case.

In short, how can I buy sorceries at this point in the game?

She comes back as hostile if you kill her, but if you get the absolution from the church she's neutral again.
But still idk what to do, there's a quest involving her but she remains trapped there so I can't give her what I should.

Wayside ruins i think its called after absolution she will be there. Provided wayside is the one under the giant flower by where the giants were pulling the cart at beginning of game. she respawned there for me after i was told to meet her in ranni questline.

A little spoiler of spoiler for you. In this game there are things called dolls. The one locked up is real. Where the one you have been buying sorceries from is not. Part of her quest line is transferring her to a free doll. If you are at that point in her questline, transferring her and then finishing her questline will bring her back as a vendor though she will look different and be in a different place.
To answer the question you can give the turtle at church of vows spellbooks to buy more sorceries from. also does the same for prayerbooks too.

In general never kill an NPC unless you have a good reason.
