Hey, I recently got this one, but I don't remember from exactly where. In the description it says that it's "skill inspired by the fond remembrances of the Night's Cavalry." Assuming that this is the Night Bosses with the black horses, the last one I killed was at the Forbidden Lands grace. If you go at night a Knight Cavalry will spawn. Hope it's from there, cheers.

I checked and it is indeed that boss
