killed her, i died as well. i can now respec, but i do not see a rune in my inventory. this is a thing that happens.

Her rune is already "Activated". Don't know what happens later on with that bug though. Might fix itself when exiting and opening the game again? If you can still respec then it counts, right?

Same thing happened to me but with a different boss. Had to fight him again though.

I have the same problem when I died with Rennala. I don't get the Remembrance and great Rune of the full moon.

just realized, i have the remebrance but no rune.
also i never got the 4th talisman slot, maybe thats why

So, I have the same problem as OP. I have died at the same time as Rennala. The game
respawned me in Grand Library with Rennala now being an NPC I can talk to but I did not receive runes reward, no talisman slot increase, no Rememberance of the Full Moon Queen nor Great rune of the Unborn.

This is massive issue as this means my character is permanently disadvantaged unless this can be fixed. I teleported out and back, went to Roundtable Hold and quit and logged back into the game.

I dumped 55 hours into the game doing a lot of exploring and leveling up before pushing main bosses and this happens on a second major boss I engaged. This is very frustrating.

I have the same problem. We both died at the same time and she didn't drop anything including runes, the great rune and remembrance.

It seems like more people are getting this bug recently. I have heard people encountering this bug with other bosses. Send a ticket to Bandi Namco letting them know this issue is existing and hopefully they will patch it soon.

I understand you pain my friend. I occurred the same bug with my save too.

Try to send a ticket to Bandi Namco if possible. There are a lot of people facing this problem even with other bosses. Let them know about this bug and see if they will patch it.
