Is Blaidd's quest messed up if i kill the bloodhound boss before talking to Blaidd/without summoning him?

No. Blaidd or rather Ranni's questline is pretty much unmissable. Even if you don't do the part with Darriwil or whatever the boss' name is you can skip that part of the quest and even get the rewards.

i didnt summon him but i was still able to see the end of his quest

No he showed up outside the boss portal and I’d killed Kale too I was tempted to kill him but he looked like he would destroy me
