there's plenty of good dex weapons, they just changed how it works a little compared to previous games, use a "keen" ash of war as the weapon modifier to focus the scaling on dex with any primarily dex based weapon like a curved sword/raiper/etc

Falchion has fantastic stats and good scaling, especially when you get it over +16

If you're gonna complain and be picky about a game with many more choices than you care to acknowledge even though they don't matter since your skill level isn't nearly even close to the ceiling to utilize such stats. Try the Guardian's Swordspear. Keen gets it to A scaling and even at only +20 it deals 500 damage per-hit at 40 dex with a good moveset and range. Helps that you can ash anything you want onto it, too.

estoc and most of the thrusting swords, most of the twinblades, most of the claw/fist/dagger weapons, i mean there's a lot of things wrong with elden ring but lack of good dex weapons isn't one of them

Most weapons have lower scaling because they attack faster and don't need as much raw damage. Your only going to get higher scaling on slower weapons.

i already told someone about twinblade a useless they have same fate what twinblade in ds2. like i told try have dex weapen in ER but they don't have GOOD WEAPEN or PURE dex weapon.
