Why the hell the most OP buff spell for FAITH requires INTELLIGENCE? did they misscoded?
What the actual f...i just got the GOLDEN ORDER PRINCIPIA book wich unlocks new FAITH spells and i unlocked Radagon's Rings of Light and Law of Regression one of these spells does dmg wich requires 31 INT and 31 FAITH okay i guess? but then the other spell wich heals all ailments and dispels all ailments requires 37 INTELLIGENCE on a spell wich assacioates with healing and buffs wich always assiociates with FAITH for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason requires INT did they literally misscoded this?

it was like this all the time.
you can go full *blue* magic and have every single tool that you want only lvl up your main stats but as faith user you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ so hard and forced to spend points on many extra options.

as *blue* magick user you can use your stuff as sword + big sword + super bow + rly heavy magic spells + normal magic spells that you can just use to spam.

faith not even close to like that.

this is why most of the ppl(you can even check the streamers that go for second playthrow) is all the time the full *blue mage* runs since its like walking in the park

It's like hex and Pyro in previous titles. Some had faith+int requirements. Just deal with it. Read the description usually it's more related when a spell have crossing requirement.
that spell does not have cross requiment...its only INT for a buff/debuff removal the other spell was mix of int/faith wich i guess makes sense becuz you still need faith for that spell and it sells from faith vendor but this spell only requires INT wich doesnt make any sense
Still not sure why you are complaining that High INT users get a cure all when a FTH user has access to similar spells at <20.

I don't fully agree with OP, but this is just wrong completely. There is NO multiple requirement(or scaling) spells in dark SOuls 1. All Sorceries require and scale with Intelligence, and all Miracles require and scale with Faith. Pyromancy does not scale or require any stat(only scales with the pyromancy flame, a weapon).

Remedy(cure status effects) is a sorcery in this one.

Dark Souls 2: Same as 1 for the most part.
Sorcery - Int
Miracles - Faith
Pyromancy - No stat(but it scales with Fire Attack bonus, which 'is' affected by Int + Faith, so indirect scaling).
Hexes - Int + Faith.

Caressing Prayer(cure poison) is a miracle.

Dark Souls 3: Hexes was replaced and incoperated into both Sorcery and Miracles.
Miracles - Faith(exception is Dead Again, which has a minor Int requirement).
Caressing Tears(cure bleed) is a Miracle.

Sorcery - Int, No spell scales\require faith.

Pyromancy - int + Faith(direct requirement\scaling this time around).

While I do agree with your OP, it is most likely a bug(it's the only spell that has the "opposite" as a sole requirement, no sorcery has a faith-only requirement), it is a bit more likely it was meant for Faith, however what you say here is just straight up incorrect. Buffing and\or other Non-damage effects has ALWAYS been joined between all 3[4 in DS2] diciplines...

Actually interesting question would be, opposed to OPs low IQ rambling, that are starting/mid game/late game Sorceries and Faith spells that require both INT and Faith good justifying the requirements?

I know there is low lvl ghost flame thing Sorcery from Stormveil castle that fires homing spirits that does medium damage but seems to have extremely good tracking seeming to be payoff for INT/FAITH. Theres also more Ghostflame thing spells and then there are Golden Disc line Incantation thingys.

All Order spells are int/faith. Talk to the Order spell teacher in the table.

Previous games had int+faith spells those were called hexes. Everything is under "incantations" now, it means those spells are not for your build.
It's a spell related to Radagon and Radagon is clearly a mage or at least has ample affinity with magic, it makes perfect sense that such a potent spell requires both INT and FTH as it is most likely Radagon's fusion of Sorcery and Incantations to reach such a potent effect.

I should have specified, The idea of using intelligence for faith existed in dark souls 1 with Velkas Talisman which scaled off of intelligence. You are correct in that there are no spells that require both faith and int, my bad
