Crashing after entering Cemetery Shade fog

Is this happening for anyone else? First time this has happened in 40 hours of play. Every time I enter the fog wall for Cemetery Shade the game just shuts down/crashes to desktop after the boss meter shows up.

Drivers and windows all updated. Attempted on low/max settings. This is the only boss this has happened on.

I have the exact same issue on another boss, pretty late game. 5 seconds or less after the fight starts, insta crash. And seeing as I've killed almost every other boss, this has to be a boss specific issue. Lichdragon ??? is the boss this is happening to me on, I asked about it but the post got buried instantly ofc. Here's hoping you find out what's going on.

Hey so I was reading some other topics about the game crashing when equipping certain items and it sounded a bit similar to how I crashed. Someone had a suggestion to verify integrity of game files with steam for Elden Ring so I tried that.

Worked like a charm for me! I'm now able to enter the Cemetery Shade fight. Hope it works for you as well.
