Quest: Ranni quest wont start

She tells me to find some cursemark instead of asking me to join her service. Radghan is killed. what do i do?

Isn't it the first objective of the quest to go get something in a specific spot?

Check her wiki page for the questline order. I apparently skipped a bit of it by killing one of those bosses in those ruin circle things with all the sphere snake things around it.

If she tells you to leave because you're after her cursemark go talk to Rogier. He'll tell you to join her instead and then you get a new dialogue choice for her.
