how do i make fp regen fast?

I got some killer dragon spells and have high faith as i am a str/fai build. However, I need to actually be able to cast them reliably without having to down cerulean tears between each one...

The Sacrificial Axe that drops from the Deathbird boss in the area in front of Castle Morne regens a little FP with each kill. There's also a thingy for the Physick that eliminates the FP cost for your next cast or something. I'm sure there's more, but with magic and skills as powerful as they are, I guess regular, sustained regeneration is off the table until the modders get their teeth into the game's underbelly.

there is a talisman that grants fp on kills. Get more flasks by collecting golden seeds at the little golden trees and various other places and upgrading at your campsite.

Talismans can give and restore FP. So can Mixed Physick.

I thought for sure they would have included something to regen FP passively since there is one for health.

You can allocate more flasks at the Grace if you weren't aware.

You can adjust your flask quantities by upgrading them with golden seeds, increase the amount they give by getting sacred tears and you can switch the flasks to either crimson or cerulean in the flask menu in any site of grace

~150 base fp pool at the moment and I carry 4 flasks for it. Let's me do pretty much all the spellcasting I could ever want, but then again I am a spell sword build.
