Hi@all,
are the dungeons that I cleard will be marked somehow on the map or do I have to remember by myself?

you can put your own markers on the map you know that? otherwise you have to remember yourself. its pretty easy to do so as they all have unique names.

^ this, maybe the best option are to use map markers on spots you need/want to go back to later

Ok, but I checked and it is only possible to set 5 markers right?
you have more markers, if you're using an xbox controller, hit X with map open, im guessing square with ps controller

I do wish they would have added check marks for completed catacombs/caves and evergaols.

This doesn't help entirely, but if you have cleared a dungeon you can teleport from it. If you have not cleared it then you will be stuck at the checkpoint. It does mean you still need to warp to a dungeon to know if you beat it, but if you did not, you won't be able to leave until you do. That or you know just walk away.

Every single dungeon has a boss.

Every single ruin has a stairway / secret floor with either a chest, a boss or both.

Once you have completed those things they are done. Use map markers if you leave them before those things are completed.

You might be trying to answer the wrong question there. What the OP is asking is how they can check if a dungeon/ruin/tunnel or the like is completed, without needing to have previously put a market there or the like.

x 20 = 100 markers you can place, or so it says.

I do it now this way: If I see something interesting or maybe a dungeon I put a marker on the map to remind myself that I have to clear the dungeon. When cleared I put another marker on it

If you do find a dungeon but can't clear it yet?>mark> finished > remove mark.
Just put a mark on every interesing thing to you, if it served it's purpose - remove.
That simple.
