what is exactly fortified manor in leyndall capital?

theres 2 items i want and thy are located in fortified manor in leyndall capital but i dont understand where is exactly fortified manor ?

it's not obscure and easy to reach in at least two ways if remember correctly, you can reach it from the main road, west capital rampart site of grace should work and be the nearest. it is the big building in southwest leyndell and if you look at the map there is a cross shaped structure, the fortified manor, first floor site of grace is directly south of the cross.

i think you can only reach the lower parts of it by main road, to get to the upper part, i'm not totally sure, but i think i reached it by climbing the huge petrified dragon.
