Faith build

So i went a pure faith build but now im at a point where my lightning spear does zero damage and when i try to summon someone it always says "unable to summon cooperator" what should i do?

What item are you using to cast your incantations? Some items, such as the beast claw, make your incantations scale off of other stats, such as strength. And did you upgrade it at all? You can upgrade it at the blacksmith and if it's like past games that matters a lot for damage.

plus 15 two finger, with incantation talisman and 30 faith and i do 70 damage with lightning spear on the dragconic rider blocking the gate to the main city.

I don't have a faith build but is it possible that enemy resists incantations and/or lightning? What kind of damage does it do to other enemies?

Use a different element, the enemy is clearly resistant to Faith.

You have access to Blood and Fire incantations as well. Try those.

Why are you doing purely Lightning damage on a Faith build? Can't you also do Fire and Holy? Try using other spells.

Go get the Godslayer talisman/spells from Stormveil or the Fire monk incantations. those will give you some extra options to use against things. the godslayer fireball has some DoT on it that helps when whittling down enemies. Throw in a distraction summon like Skeletal Militia and you should be able to do it.

I think there are other incants you can do, like dragon incants and death ones, right? Maybe try those?

they have a fog gate that blocks the entrance to the city, when i say im a faith build i mean my only weapon is the pita +5 that does only holy damage and cant apply grease. i dont want to have to change builds for one boss but this ♥♥♥♥ is retarded.
