Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon Broken

Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon boss level is broken. The minions that you have to kill to destroy the barrier dont activate & Rennala just floats for eternity in the air.

Also if you die anywhere before the boss, you will sometimes spawn in the boss room.

Worked fine for me. You sure you arent missing them? A few of the shielded ones spawned behind the book cases when I did the fight. You only need to kill the ones with the shield glow around them, the rest are just there to be annoying

Maybe your world has a bug. Try restarting the game from 0 (I mean, close the game and start it again) and see if that fix it for you.
In my save, I didn't have a problem with Renala. Is a pretty easy boss tough.

Nope, it is definitely broken, at least in coop. I wanted to help some people and went twice in the boss room without being able to do anything as the singers don't spawn lol

It took me three times before it was officially working, coop definitely causes some issues for it but once I got it 100% working like normal, I never had the issue again.

Yep there are issues like this happened to me when I was helping my friend. 0 spawn for the shield so I just sever the coop and ask my friend to die. After that it's fixed

Are you doing it in coop? I was getting summoned to that fight a lot for easy farming and maybe 1/10 times either what you're describing would happen, or more often she'd fall from the air but still have her shield. My guess was that the people I was getting summoned by had a poor connection, which really didn't sit well with this particular fight for some reason.

It's of course also possible that I was in fact getting summoned by bugged players; the easiest way to test is just to do the first phase on your own, as it's not too difficult.
If it works then, but isn't working in coop then it's likely a connection issue, and if it's happening every time you do this fight in coop the connection issue is likely on your end (as it's improbable every person you summon is having connection issues).

To the main question about COOP, I join others games first to see the boss & its fighting style then do it solo. I don't know if I have to restart after being summoned to fix it but regardless, shouldn't have to do that to fix problems.

As for restarting the game, ya no it takes 5 minutes for the game to fully quit off steam. So not really going to go through that process.

This boss is bugged. I have had more than a few games where I was summoned that the minions that are supposed to knock her down don't spawn.

@FaithFoul- Well not sure how me being in another players world, who got invaded effects my offline gameplay. I will help other players so I can see what I am dealing with then switch to offline to beat the boss my way & to avoid player invasions.
