For the record, no, I don't think they are
I doubt any of the lore will explain it, but they've got to be parallel universes or something
Demon Souls is its own Universe.
Bloodborne is its own Universe.
Sekiro is its own also.
Elden Ring is also in its own Universe.
The only one that is connected to all those Universe is Douchebag Patches. If you see him, just kill the Bugger.
Hell not only that but some of the creatures from DS series are in the game. Not sure anyone else noticed that but they literally play the same as well.
