Game crashing when equipping the black wolf mask

Anyone having the same problem? I have replicated the problem many times and it only crashes with the black wolf mask.
Before the 13 mb update I didn't have any problems, could that be the cause?

at least you can play. My game cant even load my save. Just crashes. 3x in a row now

Had the same issue with equipping the Exile Hood, now I can't load my save as it keeps crashing during the loading screen.

I was in Stormveil Castle in the room with the magic painting, when I decided to put on the hood.

Can confirm. Instantly crashes for me when I equip.
